Crude coconut oil (CNO) is made from copra. As the name of the oil, it is 100% made of copra without any chemical ingredients. It has a mild taste of coconut, a strong coconut smell and known as the best coconut oil. This oil can be produced trough heating process. It has a lot of nutrition (Vit E, antioxidant), therefore by consuming it can be beneficial for our body. It has high level of unsaturated fatty acid, which can act as an antivirus. The oil is durable to heat and can be kept for a long time. In order to use it for industrial use, such as foods, soap, and oleochemichal industry, it must be further processed.
